 Abhyuday-2k26: Igniting the Entrepreneurial Spirit Abhyuday 2025–26, themed “The Entrepreneurial Spark of Parivarthana,” was a dynamic event held on 8th February 2026 at Parivarthana Business School. Designed to promote experiential learning, the event brought together 16 student teams who managed business stalls across food, retail, and entertainment categories. Through a competitive auction process and real-time business execution, students gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, including pricing, marketing, teamwork, and customer engagement. With strong faculty mentorship and active management support, the event created a vibrant learning environment. Most teams achieved positive financial outcomes, while others gained valuable lessons in planning and strategy. Abhyuday successfully showcased how practical exposure can transform classroom knowledge into real-world business skills.

Report on the Industrial visit to Adavi : Honey manufacturing unit, B R Hills  The ISR Committee of Parivarthana Business School organized an industrial visit to the Adavi Honey Manufacturing Unit at B R Hills for MBA and MCA students with the objective of providing practical exposure and promoting awareness about tribal entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices. During the visit, students explored the tribal-owned and managed honey manufacturing unit and gained firsthand knowledge about the entire process of honey production, starting from ethical forest-based honey collection to processing, filtration, packaging, and marketing. The officials of the unit explained how Adavi Honey supports the livelihood of tribal communities while maintaining ecological balance through sustainable methods. Digital Transformation at B R Hills The ISR Committee of Parivarthana Business School organized an interaction program at B R Hills aimed at understanding and promoting digital transformation among the local villagers. The program focused on creating awareness about the use of digital technologies such as smartphones, digital payments, online government services, mobile banking, and access to information for education and healthcare. Faculty members and students actively engaged with the villagers, explaining how digital tools can enhance daily life, improve access to services, and support economic development. The interaction also helped identify challenges such as limited digital literacy and connectivity issues, reinforcing the importance of sustained efforts toward rural digital empowerment and inclusive development.

 Visit to K Gudi – Student Recreation and Learning Experience As part of the B R Hills visit, students also visited K Gudi, where they enjoyed a refreshing recreational experience amidst nature. The visit provided an opportunity for students to relax, bond with peers, and engage in fun activities and games, fostering teamwork and positive interaction. Surrounded by natural beauty, the students experienced joy and enthusiasm, making the visit both memorable and refreshing. The K Gudi visit complemented the academic and social outreach activities by promoting well-being, collaboration, and experiential learning outside the classroom environment.

Cleanliness drive at the foothills of the B R Temple                                                          The ISR Committee of Parivarthana Business School organized a cleanliness drive at the foothills of the B R Temple as part of its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. MBA and MCA students actively participated in the drive, aiming to promote cleanliness, environmental awareness, and responsible behavior among visitors and the local community. The students collected plastic waste, cleared littered areas, and segregated waste to ensure proper disposal while spreading awareness about the harmful effects of plastic on the natural ecosystem.   VIMUKTHI – A Step Towards a Drug-Free Mysuru Parivarthana Business School (PBS) organised an anti-drug awareness programme titled “VIMUKTHI – A Step Towards a Drug-Free Mysuru” today at 12:00 PM on the PBS Campus. The initiative aimed to educate students about the dangers of substance abuse and promote youth safety and social responsibility.
